By Fairytale CJM we want to demonstrate how important it is to consider a personalized approach and client's profile analysis when you create UI. We showed it by three different characters - Sad Clown, Snow White & Snake. Each of them has different needs and experience. We display customer journey map, reveal critical points and find new opportunities. Follow the journey of our characters and find inspiration to create customer journey maps with the Fairytale CJM project.
